Shipping, returns and warranty information

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email with the tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Shipments to some countries can be delayed by local customs processing. These delays are not included in the estimated delivery date.
Most shipments require a signature when delivered.
Orders ship free to countries listed in the checkout.
If your product is faulty you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Whybricks is covered by a 12-month replacement warranty. For all other products and accessories, we will replace, refund or supply replacement parts at our discretion based on availability and the nature of the fault for a period of 12-months.
All products (outside of the USA) are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong, therefore, the purchaser will be responsible for any taxes and customs formalities when entering the destination country. Please refer to your local customs office about what taxes may be payable.
