School credit terms
Australian and US schools (including universities, colleges and libraries) automatically qualify for 30-day credit terms on receipt of a purchase order.

Australian schools
Once your order is received, a tax invoice will be emailed in Australian dollars with a 30-days credit.
Australian schools can email (orders@microbric.com) or fax (08 8121 3310) a school purchase order.
US schools
Once your order is received, a tax invoice will be emailed with a 30-days credit. US schools can email (orders@microbric.com) or fax ((806)-429-4248) a school purchase order.
Other schools
Unfortunately, Microbric only has registered companies in Australia and the USA at this time and can therefore only offer credit terms in these countries. However, we are able to ship online purchases to many countries around the world and our global network of distributors offers additional purchasing options.

How do I submit a purchase order?
If you are ordering for an Australian or US school, university or library, we can accept a purchase order from you and provide 30 days credit.
Purchase orders should be emailed to our team at orders@microbric.com. We’ll arrange both your shipment and invoice within 1-3 business days.

Do you offer educator discounts?
Whybricks are designed for the classroom – and so is our pricing. Whybricks packs were created to help you get the most out of your school budget so unfortunately, no further discounts are available at this time.

Is shipping included?
We offer free shipping on all qualified orders. Most school orders qualify for free shipping. If there are any shipping costs, these will be noted in your provided quote.
Please note in some cases additional fees, such as local government import duties, may apply. These are independent from shipping costs. Payment of local duties is the responsibility of the customer.
Are there any other custom fees or import duties?
Depending on your local government, your order may incur additional fees, such as import duties, VAT/GST, and customs processing fees. As these taxes and the thresholds for taxation are different for each country, we are unable to provide estimates as to what your taxes may be. For more information please consult your local customs department.
Please note that any additional fees and/or duties will be payable by the customer.
